Henry Pitts born and raised in Selma, AL, attended the University of Alabama Law School, and was admitted to the Alabama Bar in 1963. Henry has seen it all as an attorney and truly has a passion for his profession and for the clients he serves. Since 1963 Henry has represented Plaintiffs and Defendants in Civil Litigation, Corporate Litigation, Criminal Defense, and Domestic Relations.
Rick Williams, raised in Selma, AL and graduated from The University of Alabama’s Law School in 1996 and joined the firm that same year. He has been given the ‘Best Lawyer in Selma’ in 2005, 2010, and 2011. Rick has represented Plaintiffs and Defendants in the areas of General Civil Litigation including Personal Injury, Civil Defense, Workplace Accidents, Product Liability, to name a few.
Tommy Atchison, raised in Tuscaloosa, AL, but has a love for Selma and considers it home. He graduated from Jones Law School in 2007 and joined the firm 2011. He also serves a City councilman and is involved with many other civic organizations. Tommy’s has represented plaintiffs and defendants in litigation throughout the Blackbelt.
